Ciara McGuane

Ciara is a former teacher and school leader who has worked in schools in one of the UK's most disadvantaged schools to one of the top ten schools.

Ciara went on to work in teacher training across the UK and, more recently, in Ireland with www.rahoo.ie. Rahoo is a Department of Education Approved provider of professional development courses for teachers.
Ciara is passionate about the transformative effect of education and firmly believes in supporting students and teachers be the best that they can be in the classroom.

Ciara is based in the west coast of Ireland with her son and husband.
