Fellow avocado lovers, you will know the pain. You have bought some avocados with your shopping only to discover that when you go to use them they are hard and you would have to wait almost a week for them to ripen. Well, not any more thanks to this super simple trick.
- Wrap your avocado in tin foil and place on a baking tray in an oven at 100C.
- Check after 10 minutes.
- If you would like them to be smoother or have more than one in the oven at a time it may take a little longer.
