Instructions

Preheat the oven.
Preheat the oven to Gas Mark 4/180.

Line the baking tin.
Line a baking tin with greaseproof paper.

Chop the dates.
Blitz the dates in a blender or alternatively chop finely by hand.

Melt the coconut oil.
Melt the coconut oil over a low heat and add the honey and date puree.

Stir in the ingredients.
Stir in the desiccated coconut, milled flaxseed and the seed.

Flatten the mixture and bake for 20-25 minutes.
Using damp hands pressure the mixture into the tin and pop it in the oven for 20-25 mins.

Remove from the oven.
When they are golden brown remove them from the oven.

Cut into squares.
Score the top of them while hot and when cooled cut them into squares.

Store for up to 3 days.
Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
