It's officially November, and that means one thing - Christmas is coming. But also, Movember has and well and truly begun.

Due to everything COVID-19 related this year, Movember's 2020 campaign has gone fully digital this year. Asking participants to take part in their "Lockdown, Shake Down" event recently, uploading hair growth journey pictures took place online.

But, what do you do if you don't have a tache journey to flaunt on your social media? Luckily, there are plenty of other ways you can get involved if facial hair growth isn't your strongest skill. Here's how you can "Go Your Mo Way".

Make A Donation

The easiest way to contribute to this extremely important movement is simply by donating towards the cause. You can make a general donation to the Movember trust, which helps fund men's health charities, suicide charities, and testicular and prostate cancer charities. Or, if you know of a person or team who are raising funds throughout the month, you can donate to them too. Follow this link to do so.

Make A Move

Just like re-growing your facial hair for the whole of November will be a journey for some, so will taking up exercise. An alternative to Movember's 2020 campaign is to complete a goal of walking or running 60km throughout this month. Unfortunately, that’s 60km for the 60 men we lose to suicide each hour, every hour across the world. So, if you're itching to get out and about a bit more this winter, why not take up the cause.

Host A Mo-Ment

If you and your family or housemates (who you live with) are looking to help out the cause in a worthy way, then why not all come together and host a "mo-ment". Alternatively, head online and have a group call with friends across the country and the world. Ideas can include a virtual party, a moustache-themed quiz, a video-gaming event, a yoga session, or an online masterclass - with everyone contributing some money towards the cause.

Mo Your Own Way

This is the wildcard section where the idea is to let your imagination run wild. Have you got a mammoth cycling goal that you've always wanted to hit? Or how about taking up a new baking challenge for every day of the month? Whether its a challenge of endurance or of creativity, the sky's the limit with what ideas you can come up with.

If any of these alternatives to Movember's 2020 campaign feel like the one for you, be sure to get involved by signing up to their website.
