With a hilarious chart using a selection of different sized eggs from Mini Eggs to full a sized Cadbury Easter egg, it is helping people understand what exactly happens during childbirth.
Labelled an 'eggstraordinary cervix', the handy guide goes through each stage from 1cm until it's time to start pushing.
The picture shows at just 2cm the cervix dilates to the size of a mini Lindt egg, however, by the time it reaches 7cm it has stretched to the size of a Milkybar egg.
Originally created by KalmaBaby, the graph shared by Royal Devon and Exeter Maternity Services has since gone viral.
The hospital captioned the informative post: "For all the chocoholics out there a good way of knowing how dilated the cervix is in labour."
The Easter-themed chart has been shared more than 5,000 times and thousands have commented to say they are now "traumatised".
Tagging her friend, one woman said: "I'm not entirely sure if I'm traumatised or impressed by this but I'm making you join me in the feeling."
Another commented: "This makes me feel both traumatised and a bit peckish."
While one social media user said: "I don't know why this showed up on my timeline but my instinctual reaction was to literally cross my legs when I realised what it was. I feel SCARRED."
