Playstival is the perfect way for families to get out and have fun away from the temptation of mobile phones, games consoles and TVs.
Returning for its second year in a row, Playstival is the perfect way for families to get out and have fun away from the temptation of mobile phones, games consoles and TVs.
The two-day festival is dedicated to getting parents and children to rediscover the power of play in a fun and creative way.
Festival-goers will get to experience great food, live music at the Playchella stage, kids creative writing workshops, a family sports day and a sensory-friendly chillout zone.
There will also be a toddler play area, kids’ construction site and a science and discovery hub to name but a few of the activities planned over the weekend.
Taking place in Ireland’s largest urban farm, Airfield Estate, on Saturday 10th and Sunday 11th August, it is suitable for children from 18 months to 12 years.
The interactive event is supported by Laya City Spectacular and is designed to encourage creativity, spontaneity and movement.
Tickets are from €13.00 and kids under two go free.
