As we all know, Christmas is a super busy time of year. With an endless list of things to do and the constant possibility of guests arriving at any moment, it's important to be prepared. These Snowball Truffles, kindly brought to you by Kenwood, are easy to make and will impress any guest over the holiday season.

Pulse the hazlenuts and almonds until roughly chopped.
Add the hazelnuts and almonds to your Kenwood Multipro Sense Food Processor bowl, fit the knife blade attachment and pulse until roughly chopped.

Add desiccated coconut and icing sugar.
Add 3 tablespoons of desiccated coconut and 1 tablespoon of icing sugar and process until the nuts are finely ground.

Roughly chop the white chocolate and add to the nut mixture.
Transfer this mixture into a separate bowl and put to one side. Put the white chocolate into the food processor bowl and mix with the knife blade attachment, on a slow to medium speed, until finely chopped. Add the chocolate to the nut mixture.

Boil the cream and pour over the mixture.
In a pan, bring the cream to the boil and pour it over the mixture, stirring well. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

Mix together desiccated coconut and icing sugar.
In a bowl, add 2 tablespoons of desiccated coconut and sift 2 tablespoons of icing sugar and mix together.

Roll the chocolate and nut mixture into a bowl and roll them into the icing mixture.
With your hands, roll the chocolate and nut mixture into small balls and then roll them in the coconut and icing mixture until it is used up.
