Have the tissues ready lads! In a video posted by Olivia O’Hanlon Music on Facebook, a brave groom from Athlone wowed his wedding congregation as he sang his bride-to-be down the aisle.
Olivia wrote: "At today’s wedding the groom sang “This I Promise You” for his beautiful bride. Congratulations to the happy couple, John & Karen."
The emotional three-minute clip of 25-year-old Irish Defence Forces member John Harte singing has since gone viral with over 450K views. There's not a dry eye in the building or here, for that matter.
The couple tied the knot in Keadue Church in Co. Roscommon followed by a reception held in Kilronan Castle on August 3rd of last year.
One person wrote: "Possibly the most beautiful thing I've ever seen."
Another added: "Beautiful... you should make a cd - it’s perfect!"
Others are tagging their grooms-to-be to "get practising". No pressure lads, no pressure at all.
