Arnotts have partnered with Explorium to create the ‘Just an Illusion?’ exhibit, perfect for the whole family.
It can be difficult to think of different ways to keep the kids entertained throughout the summer months. After all, having just finished a long year in school where their minds are stimulated every day, it can be easy for little ones to become bored once the summer sets in.
However, a new pop-up has arrived at Arnotts that promises
to have something for all ages. They have collaborated with Explorium,
Ireland’s largest science and sports centre, to create an immersive and
illusionary experience like no other! You won’t believe your eyes.
For a limited time, the pop-up will be located in the Arnotts Gallery Space on Second Level, and will remain there for the summer. ‘Just an Illusion?’ is an exhibit which will encourage children and adults to partake in activities which will challenge their minds and feed their curiosity.
Some of the most exciting activities in the exhibit include:
Virtual Reality Egg Pods, Bed of Nails, creating your own human electric
circuit, and walking through the illusion room. As well as that, there will be
a number of live science demonstrations each weekend from Explorium. These will
be held at designated times each weekend throughout the summer.
The ‘Just an Illusion?’ collaboration is a unique complimentary
experience, and is also the perfect way to keep your little ones’ mind
stimulated throughout the summer months.
If you like the sound of ‘Just an Illusion?’, you could also take a visit to Explorium’s permanent home at the base of the Dublin mountains. They have over 300 interactive exhibits for curious kids to get stuck into, which are expertly designed to encourage imaginative thinking, asking and discovering.
