St. Patrick's Day is almost upon us and with the parade and most other festivities out of the question for yet another year, it's time to get creative.
Jen O'Sullivan of The Pixie Box Bakery is on hand to help with this fab St. Patrick's Day recipe the kids (and grown ups!) will love.
It's easy to make and will be a lot of fun too. It also looks mouthwateringly delicious.

INGREDIENTS
- Milk or dark chocolate (240g)
- Butter (100g)
- Milk chocolate digestives (170g)
- Marshmallows (70g)
- Golden syrup
- 2 bars Mint Aero chocolate (180g)
- Aero Mint Bubble Balls
- (Sprinkles, green of course)

- Heat-resistant bowl
- Cupcake tray
- 2 tablespoons
