INGREDIENTS
- Chocolate chips (115g)
- Self-raising flour (115g)
- Porridge oats (115g)
- Soft brown sugar (115g)
- Melted butter (140g)
- Desiccated coconut (25g)
- Chocolate eggs (100g)
- Bicarbonate Soda
- Vanilla essence
- Golden syrup
EQUIPMENT
- Large bowl
- Fish slice
- Spatula / big spoon
- Teaspoon
- Tablespoon
- 2 x lined baking trays
- Baking paper
- Wire rack for cooling
